Getting Back Into Shape: Day 1

Sharpest side splints ever-- sweltering heat-- aching legs-- lightning-quick pulse-- tomato-red face-- pounding heart-- huffing-- puffing-- unable to complete sentences-- aching legs-- repetitiousness--
Yep, that's day one alright.

On the bright side, there were some very pretty white trees blooming in the fields. Although I can't say what kind. On the other bright side... wait, there is no other.

  1. oh, stop whining. I do fifty push ups every morning and seventy crunches. So, don't even give me "I'm sore!" You should've been doing it all along, like me.
