Top Actor & Actress of All Time

I'd have to say Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant are the best actress and the best actor of all time, by far. Maybe you would disagree, I don't know why though. If I could recommend just one of Audrey Hepburn's movies I'd have to say Sabrina. And all of Cary Grant's are amazing, so just watch all of them.

The runners-up would have to be Katharine Hepburn (the same last name thing was totally unintentional; ironic, isn't it?) and Jimmy Stewart. And yes, they're probably my second favorites because of Philadelphia Story.
I don't know what got me thinking about this...probably Netflix. I've been searching out good classics on 'Watch Instantly'. By the way, Netflix is great.

They're all very talented, very incredible actors. Ah, I love them all. Thus ends my aimless ramblings.

P.S. - formatting photos is quite difficult. It took far too long to insert and organize a few photos, especially for the not-so-technologically savvy (like myself).

Chickasaw Trails

The Spartans ran through the Chickasaw trails today. The weather was really perfect (until the rain REALLY came down and the lightening struck, but that was later) -- a light misty rain -- and we ran through the shaded trails, so it stayed nice and cool. It almost reminded me of a rain forest. Almost.

As I ran through this "rain forest", I was struck by the beauty of God's creation. He made all of that and He controls the rain and the clouds. This marvelous God -- the God who created all things, who knows every star by name, who made the sun and the moon -- this God is my God. What an amazing God we serve! My God who knows all things has stooped to not only know me but my God loves me. He has died for my sins. He ALONE deserves my love, my attention, my every thought, my every breath. Oh that I could love Him more! He has given me life, can I not now live this life solely for Him? Corinthians 5:15 (I won't write this out because it's in my 'About Me' section, so you can read it there...and, if you don't know it you could always learn it :)

I'm hitting the roads...with an adult at least 21 years of age, of course

I recently turned 15. Not a very exciting number, except for the fact that with it comes the opportunity to drive! I really do love driving. I don't know why...I think it's just a girl thing. I guess that's the reason most girls get their permits the DAY they turn 15 and guys get it when they get around to it.

And I know you won't believe this, but I AM a good driver. So far, I've only driven a few times. Darrin took Luke and I out driving last week. I drove from my house all the way to New Albany. No one died. And I only had a couple "rolling stops" at stop signs. Mom was quite worried and offered Darrin her insurance card. She wouldn't let me go on the highway, so we took the long back road route.

Mom said she wouldn't drive with me because she remembers when Joseph first got his license...and it wasn't pretty. But the other day I had the opportunity of driving home after we dropped some kids off. It wasn't far at all. Afterwards, when asked what I did wrong, Mom couldn't think of anything (much to her shock and dismay). You'd think she'd be happy to discover I'm capable of driving well, wouldn't you? Guess not.

Even today I drove to New Albany. Once again, no one died. And once again, Mom wouldn't let me drive on the highway. I'm gonna have to do it someday, why not today?

Clueless

Well, I've never had a blog and I'm currently trying to figure this one out. So bear with me.

Questions plaguing me at the moment: Where does everyone get the cute layouts? How do you add pictures on the side? How do you add pictures to the layout at all?
