You asked how I designed my blog.. truthfully, it's all kind of "thrown together". Hehe. I don't do anything professional, I just experiment and hope everything comes out the way I want it. It can take me a looong time to settle for something. ;) I made my header through Fotoflexer.com with a long, white, blank photo and decorated it with the bunting stickers and text. You kind of just have to figure out the length and width of your photo that works best for your blog. :) It can take awhile to get it all even.
I hope I explained that well. I'm sure there's a better and easier way to make a header, but that's the only way I know how. :)
I'm curious, did your take the picture that you use for your header? It's so pretty!
